Could we get low level water and poisons from alchemy writs?

There seems to be a very low amount of things like filtered water, natural water etc. I'm very thankful for the low level bonuses in clothing, blacksmithing and woodworking. Could it extend to the other professions, especially alchemy?

Look for the water in jars in delves where u remember the zone level before. They haven't change that at all.
