Can't dye this costume properly =/

Just came back to the game after a few months, saw that we can now dye costumes! I was SO HAPPY! You need ESO Plus for it, but that's fine, I was subscribed before I left, so I have no issues doing it again. Anyways...
I have been running with the Naryu's Assassin's Armor costume for a really long time, I love the look of it. But something that ALWAYS bothered me was the parts around the Elbows, Crotch/Butt and Knees. It's this...orangey, pinkish.....ew. It's a gross colour to say the least. So I was happy to know that I would be able to change it!
But I can't. For some reason it won't let me change that specific part. And if I change the rest of the armor, those parts just stand out even more. Not sure if this was intended, but it's rather bothersome.
