Id rather ESO won over GW2. I stopped playing GW2 when HoT came out. Ruined the game for me.

I genuinely had never even heard that there's a Marvel MMO. It must not be doing very well.

Since someone brought up customer support and Tera I will say that since I knew a couple of the Tera CSRs I note they had interesting relationships with their players. I cannot say I've ever seen the game but I heard it's dignity-free.

I can't even think of the last time we even had a Ad for ESO. before Consoles release their were never any ads online or on TV about the game.The only AD I can remember for this game is the terrible live actions ones.

I voted for Swtor it has amazing PVE content and story but ESO has better PVP when it is actually working.but I feel Swtor has a better community and I just love star wars man had to vote for it.

Our last two adds have been cheesy low budget LARPing. As an ESO fan I think videos are entertaining. From a business standpoint they are very cringe-worthy, and more likely to push new players away.

The lack of effort on ZOS's part to promote universal appeal is disgusting. They promote them self as some nerdy niche Roleplayers game. When their true market is the average college gamer looking for that next flashy hyped title.

I played Alpha on PC and absolutely hated it . Their advertising videos sucked me in .

Its a beautiful game. Its a MMO so its normal to have bugs. Still the best game on that list by far. To all the people who don't vote because *insert any current problem with the game* are just hypocrites. They log in every day, spend hours in the game, spend some time on the forums, watch the streams, etc. and then trash the game without giving it or ZOS any merit. I just don't understand some people who play this game tbh... If you're so unhappy, you know you don't have to be here, right? All your negativity and lack of support can go to some other game, keep TESO out of it. Will be better for everyone.

This is my issue with things right now. I feel like One Tamriel really put them up there but then theres Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood that was fun but not nearly as impactful or impressive as Wrothgar was. The recent changes to Imperial City makes it more appealing to me to go back to than TG or DB. And Shadows of the Hist feels like a meh attempt at DLC for Q3. They had the perfect opportunity to shove some serious QoL into the game for everyone and Guilds and they didnt. The only DLC/Update that dropped this year that really brought a serious change to the game was One Tamriel and that wasnt without its own serious flaws.

I feel like ZOS came a long way this year, but only in the last Quarter because Q1. Q2 and Q3 were lackluster. Which maybe that makes Q4 seem so much better than it really was? So do they really deserve to be MMO of the Year? Probably not.

Just like I spent 20$ on game of war after seeing a kate upton commercial.

Without any hype ESO will never turns head or draw in hordes or new players.

They seem to be ok with players trickling in, then bleeding them dry.

I think you missed the point bud. It's a vote for MMO of the Year. Every MMO has the goal to last multiple years. They try to release DLCs and updates over that time to keep it fresh. Essentially making it new every year.
