What if ZOS introduced a new crafted set that could only be accessed from a crafting station in someones house. Anyone with a house or access to someones house, that had a crafting station, would be able to obtain it. The only obstacle would be either purchasing the house or befriending/having a friend with the house and the actual crafting station.

✭✭✭✭✭I could actually see the draw to increase potential to buy homes if there was a questing upgrade by region of the home or something.
What would be better IMO is if any home had the ability to do quests so that the set crafting stations were all accessible in the house crafting station
