Recently, many accounts of our guild members are locked or banned without any reasonable instructions. Those locked accounts’ holders who loves and breathes ESO for years are core leaders in our guild. They have thousands of achievements, titles, over 1000 champion points as long as 100k crowns and purchased more than 10 years ESO plus. Nevertheless, they were locked or banned all in one day while we were still in the battle of Veteran Hel Ra Citadel Hard Mode final boss.
Admittedly, the members who were locked or banned are used to enjoying ESO via VPN since they are not in the US or somewhere near US. They mainly from China, Hong Kong, Australia and also even some of our members are AFK for months, they still get locked or banned currently.
I understand your ZOS is always trying to keep the game clean and fair to avoid hackers, exploits or bots who prefer to use VPN logon through suspicious IPs. I appreciate your great effort, but it also hurts our Asia-Pacific gamers many times who use the similar VPN.
Furthermore, we send many tickets to hope your customer support team could lift the lock\ban ASAP with proper investigation. However, little of tickets is replied or solved. Thus, I write this thread to seek ZOS Forum customer service help. If you need all locked\banned IDs and evidence, then I would submit all related materials.
