Annulment only absorbs spell damage
Evasion grants you major evasion 20% chance to evade everything, from single attacks to any skill.

    You checked Fextralife, which has a tendency to forget some stuff when updating.

    Annulment & morphs absorb both ingame.

    You are looking at a very old website. Annulment absorbs all damage these days, which has been the case for about 9 months. It is a very powerful skill. If anyone has reason to complain, it's magic sorcs because one of their main skills is essentially available to everyone, but that's a different debate.

    Annulment blocks damage.

    Evasion, you are still taking 80% of the hits, and depending on which hits you dodge (high damage or low damage) is either really effective or not so much.

    Can also get it from Spectre's Eye, which is a craftable set.

    OP, test before you post. The rest of us, honest mistake, lets move on. In his defense, Evasion was way more powerful than annulment before the change.

    Actually yes, you are at fault. You took some incorrect information you found on the web, and ran with it to the point of creating a thread in order to complain about said incorrect information rather than fact checking with in-game resources.

    When I originally read your post, I knew you looked some bad info, but I didn't think less of you because we all make mistakes. However, by you trying to shift the blame rather than owning up to it, I now perceive you as a fool that believes they are beyond reproof. You need to change your attitude.
