Sudden FPS instability after 2.6.10 and resetting my settings

So, i used to run the game at 50/60 FPS outside crowded areas. Standard stuff. Everything on the highest settings except Shadows and Reflections + a few tweaks in the settings file.

So i come back one week later, i downloaded the patch, i reset my settings, and now i get 15/50 fps no matter the settings i use. afterwards I also applied the tweaks i had in the settings file, but it isn't helping anymore.

The reason the settings don't really matter is because i have a RX 480, which should be able to handle the game even if plugged flip-reversed. You get what i'm saying.

It really makes me mad just standing in an empty place in wrothgar and get drops of 10/20 FPS by just looking around

Any feedback?

I am getting 20-25 FPS on a GTX 1070 in trails on high or medium settings (makes no difference).

I used to see 45-50 FPS or so, same applies to crowded areas, was getting much better performance before.
mDKs still need a lot of love!

I'm having issues too. I used to get 50-80 frames in cities and 100 or more outside cities. Now I'm getting about 15-20 in cities and about 40-60 outside. Settings make no difference. 4790k, 16GB ram, 980Ti SLI, Windows 10 Anniversary w/ latest updates, Latest drivers.

Re-installed nvidia drivers after clean wipe fixed my issue. My resolution got stuck on 4k somehow, fixed now.

I'm having this too, last patch lowered the fps and made texture loading much longer, esp. in towns, and this patch made it even more laggy in towns, now I'm getting 9-16 on average in towns, before that it was about 20, and before the 2.6.9 patch I had 20-30. Hopefully the next patch won't render my game unplayable in towns. Right now it's hard moving around, especially when people are duelling inside towns.

I have fps issues with the 2.6.10 update as well. It's not so much of drastic fps drops than a lot of freezing and stuttering. The fps would be quite normal for a few minutes, then there'd be this freeze that lasts for 3 to 5 seconds. There's some stuttering when running around as well.

I noticed the problem occurring most frequently when in combat, especially when using skills, or getting hit. I also notice the problem occurring when you encounter another player or a mob.

I've had this happen in dungeons during boss fights usually.
