To whom it concern,

I have been waiting for a week to get a reply to my complaint (Ticket: 161202-000092) about the race
change token. Unfortunately, the token tooltip does not have a a full description of what it is allowed

They have stated this about 10,000 times. Why should you'd be allowed to change to a race in another without spending money like everyone else did? You're an uninformed consumer. They should refund you nothing.

Learn 2 read, instead of complaining because you made a decision without paying attention.

This has always been the case.

You should not be given something for free that many other people have paid for because you feel entitled.

Your entitlement is ridiculous.
And we really don't care on the forums.

Just buy the DLC like the rest of us and bugger off. Customers like you are why so many places have terrible customer service.

There is nothing wrong with the tool tip, the token does exactly what it says it does, allow you to change the race of your character.

Why would you expect it allow you to use a race from a different faction from what your character belongs? It's not a faction change token.

It should have been pretty obvious from the beginning that if you do not have the "Any Race Any Alliance" upgrade you must stick to the 3 races in your chosen alliance.

If you want a race from a different alliance you have to have the Any race /any alliance unlocked. To unlock it, you have to buy the Adventurer pack. It's not going to be any different no matter how many threads you start.

If they allow you to change race to another faction without it, I want a partial refund on my CE edition or a credit of 1900 crowns on my account.

There was an article in regards to this stuff back when Update 11 was rolled out.

Race Change Tokens: These tokens grant you everything the Appearance Change Tokens do, plus the ability to change one character's race to one available for that character and account. Those that have the Explorer's Pack will be able to choose any race from any alliance; otherwise, you can choose any race from your chosen alliance. You'll be able to purchase one Race Change Token for 3000 crowns.

Even without that it should be self evident. It's like complaining about how the respec scrolls don't allow you to buy skills from other classes.

No, you cannot change your alliance after character creation, so if you're picking a new race, it's going to be off that menu.

OP you must lead a pretty good life if this is something your complaining about. Really is first world problems here. I think you should do some volunteer work with hospice or something to really appreciate what you have.

You can change your race - just not to the race you want because you don't have the adventurer's pack.
