Are there any maps showing the level of mobs of the areas in each zone pre-1T?

For example a map of Vukhel Guard where you'd have circled areas showing what level they used to be, eg. that forest with the stone statues quests being around 15-20, beach west of the port city with the shipwreck 9-12 etc.

Thanks!

Probably not anymore. This is about as close as you can get

    http://www.elderscrollsguides.com/question/elder-scrolls-online-zone-levels/

Mobs were lowest at the original entrance point to the zone, which is not the same if your using Navigators to gain access to a zone for the first time. Then the upper end of the range where the last quest for the zone. This is not always opposite end of the zone from the original entrance area.

Here is another source, but pretty much same as above

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

I can't do it right now (as I don't have the details), but later on I can break down this subzone map for you by level:

Here we go. Some of the names of the subzones are not quite matched up to the map, as the map is mislabelled in a few places, but these level ranges are the official in-game ranges as they appeared on the old Group Finder:

      • Boralis: 29-31
    • Alik'r Desert: 31-37
      • Myrkwasa: 31-32
      • Hollow Wastes: 32-34
      • Tigonus: 35-37
    • Bangkorai: 37-43
      • Mournoth: 37-38

    • Stonefalls: 3-15
      • Daen Seeth: 8-11
      • Zabamat: 11-13
      • Varanis: 13-15

      • Redolent Loam: 16-18

    Neutral
    • Coldharbour (not on the map): 44-50
      • Shrouded Plain (southwest region): 44-46
      • Black Garrison (southeast region): 46-48
      • Fist of Stone (northern region): 48-50
    • Cyrodiil: 10-50

Edit: It is possible to go even further than this, as every single map marker location had its own level, but that list would be too long to read and too tricky to put together. For example, "that forest with the stone statues quests" (Shattered Grove) was Level 10, and the "beach west of the port city with the shipwreck" (South Beacon) was Level 5. If there's anywhere in particular you're interested in though, let me know and I'll look it up :)

It was in the Group Finder back at launch, before the whole Group Finder got an overhaul last year. Individual POI levels are still detailed on UESP, but only on the page source data, as it's hidden from display on the pages themselves now that POIs no longer have levels.
