Gold jewelry and monster sets are intended for end game players. If they want a progression in housing where manors are intended to be purchased by end game players, I think we'll see something along the lines of 100k-250k for a manor.
250k is something end game players can make in a couple of hours. That's nothing. Manors should be around 1 Million gold.
Thats likely what we're looking at. About 20-60k for Small Houses, 100-500k for Medium Houses and 1-3 million for Manors.
I expect the Crown Store to be a little more lenient on housing costs. Probably 1000 -1500 for Small, 2000-3000 for Medium and 4000-11000 for Manors
No i don't think so. ZOS would want to make it cheaper to buy them directly from the Crown Store rather than using your in-game gold. If houses are cheaper using in-game gold, 99% of players will buy them using in-game gold = no profit for ZOS.

$10M for Guild Mansion
$5m for large mansion
$1m for mid sized
$250,000 for small house
I don't know many people on the EU server that are not running with less than 500k - or there abouts.
The housing needs to be a gold sink.
For god's sake, I hope no one at Zenimax listens to the elitist prices flying around in this thread...
What percentage of players has a million gold to dump into a vanity item? You guys completely lost it.
If they ask more than 250k for the largest available houses, they will be ghost areas like the housing zones in LOTRO were.
im not endgame but a long way (only been playing 4 months and cp235) but im nearly at my first million. (after getting to 500K then blowing it all on mats for set gear)
Then again I graft every day for that, do 4 writs, sell mats and tempers etc. So much like its now a second job and not a game at all.
