It has for Bombard, but apparently ZOS didn't think Encase and Talons needed the same changing.

Talons should not even be in the same list as the rest. If I roll out of talons I am out of range of talons, that is not the case with the rest. Not to mention the person taloning has to put himself in harms way to do it.
