ok now I'm mad, can't even get past 2 steps with this crap, need a solution NOOOWWWWW ZoS

three days ago i bought the game and download it for pc windows 10 i was able to download and i got plenty of errors 202 or 210 so i decided to unistall it and do it again just in case i was doing something wrong,but it didnt work,so i asked for support and it didnt work either.... so.... i asked my money refunded.... but now i had an idea.... i usually work with team viewer when im stuck with something.... maybe someone from the game support could install it for me? or is better to wait for the 10 business days for my refund and then buy it on pc game as always?

Any ideas????

i was sooo frustrated becouse i saw plenty of movies of the game......
