How may I access a location after a quest is complete?
I have just noticed there is a unique lore book in a location which is only accessible during a quest and I have completed the quest. Is there any way to get back in to get the lore book?

Iruil_ESO✭✭✭Some places (not all) are still accessible after completing a quest if you group with someone who is doing the quest.5 -

✭✭✭✭✭According to this, you can access the book again after the quest by grouping with someone who is currently working the quest
