Scions of Dawn aims to provide friendly and inclusive guild environment for social and mature ESO players. We wish to nurture a fun-loving, equal and relaxed atmosphere where every guild member matters and is able to feel part of the community. Our goal is not to grow large or prominent, but to have enough active and regular members to be able to enjoy several aspects of the game, revolving around PVE (dungeons, trials, questing, crafting etc.).
The main point will always be the ethos of acting polite, helpful and good-natured towards each other, to help each other grow, improve on our shortcomings and have fun. There is nothing bad about getting better, having goals and wanting to improve (we have more progressive and experienced members, too). However, in our opinion that should never lead to negative behaviour of competition or superiority. Playing a MMO and being part of a guild should be fun, relaxing and offer positive experiences.
We happily welcome players from every corner of Tamriel and from all alliances. Cross alliance grouping has already become possible at PvE content, and the upcoming ”One Tamriel” concept will only enhance it further.
We have a guild bank which is free for all full members to use, a voice chat server (Discord), website and a pretty chic tabard. We wish to avoid creating hierarchies, so our guild ranks are basic: Recruit, member, officer and GM.
If you are interested in joining our good-natured group of adventurers - or have any questions at all - please feel free to contact our officers/gm in-game, post here or register at the forums. (To gain a full membership, forum registration is needed, but the application is brief and simple to fill.)

I have a few things I'm curious about..
How often do you run (semi?-)organized dungeons and trials, and which lvl's of difficulty (endgame and/or lvling related)?
(Just as a clarification; dungeons are smaller groups while trials are sort of like raids, right?)
You also mentioned other PvE aspects, such as questing & crafting - is there group-quests and/or daily quests that's basically a repetitive grind, like there is in other mmo's (WoW, Gw2 etc)? Or is to help people "100%" a zone? And the crafting part? To help people increase and eventually max out the skills or help with crafting upgrades for their gear/enchants/pots, given they supply the mats and whatnot?
Are you ever running PvP, or does cross-alliance kind of make that troublesome?
I'm a completely new player (1 toon, lvl 30-something DK with no experiences, except solo questing), so I'm sorry if my questions seems newbish and reduntant.

As we would like to keep our atmosphere lively, we are still looking for new friendly members to liven up our ranks!
We currently we have about 75+ members and still run pledges/dungeons daily, and trials weekly. In the near future however we are planning to move on to veteran trials, as well as have some guild events being planned.

We are still looking for new members. Especially social and active players, who'd like to join PvE group content and events like dungeon runs and trials.
- We have normal trial runs every week (Sunday evenings), and often also spontaneous ones during the week.
- From January 2017 we plan to start regular veteran trials as well.
- Our trials team is often specifically lacking a few DPS players, and everyone willing to join usually gets a spot!
The ones signed-up at forums get the priority. Event descriptions list the requirements for veteran trials. The normal ones are open to everyone with a character +50 level, no previous experience is needed.
Our runs are friendly and easy-going, and we explain tactics and mechanics to new-comers. We offer help with builds and equipment, and people are always willing to share their dropped gear during the runs.
New players are welcome to join our ranks, too!
If you are interested in joining, either leave an application at the website or contact one of the admins in game.
