ESO + Purchase Not Working Since 2 Days and I had to buy DLC

So i see some ppl having the same problem here about this.
And i just had to bought thieves guild dlc with my crowns cuz i was suppose to join vMOL
raid and i couldn't due to my eso+ problem. My question is what will happen now ?
I'm still unable to use my eso+ and already 3 days consumed and i had to spend 2k crowns.
Completly not my fault and am i able to get my crowns back and refund thieves guild dlc after i got my eso+ back ?
And these lost days are gonna be added to my eso+ when ZOS fix this ?

There's a similar thread with a developer response. Basically saying sit tight, they're working on it. In the meantime- Open a ticket with customer support.0 -
Yeah right now they are stalling with computer generated ticket responses. I'm in the same sinking boat. They are blaming it on your game platform provider and the provider says its Zenimax that is the issue. It's just a circle of madness0
