PvE rotation - Improvement tips

Currently trying to master magicka templar for pve vmol and other content. Currently off testing with my friends in bloodspawn i'm touching 99-95 seconds. I've noticed my self running out of magicka a lot of the time towards the end even with the tank keeping up elemental drain. I'm not sure how else I can cut my time down, cause the best time to beat or get is around 85-80 seconds. The gear i'm' wearing is 5x sorrow (dual wield weapons & jewelry) 5x burning spellweave 2x grothdarr. Any suggestion on cutting time down 15 seconds besides the obvious animation canceling.

1st ROTATION:
Inner Light > Heavy Attack > Trap > Blockade > Reflective Light
Sweep > Sweep > Sweep>
2nd ROTATION:
Blockade > Reflective light > Sweep > Sweep > Sweep > Sweep
3rd ROTATION:
Repeat 1st ROTATION0 -

Makes sense if you have more than 2 targets (maybe 2 are already enough).
The guy above who wrote down the rota means Aura of Retribution instead of Inner Light, don't he ?
