Much lower FPS in cities after combat (Kvatch arena for example)

Does anyone else have this issue? My FPS in cities is pretty decent considering that ESO only uses 1 core. However after a while and especially after combat the FPS drops and stays low until it crawls to 30. Kvatch arena is the worst in that regard. FPS goes back to normal after restarting.

✭✭✭It's a well-known bug that's persisted for well over a year now, and Zenimax refuse to acknowledge it. They'll blame your addons, and when you disable them all and confirm it still occurs even without addons, they'll ignore you and pretend the issue doesn't exist.
It's not just cities and Cyrodiil - that's just where you're most likely to notice the FPS decay since it's lower there anyway. Even in exterior environments you'll notice FPS start to drop below 60 after an hour of play. After 1 and a half or two hours it's down to 30fps for me and I have to restart the game to get back to a solid 60fps.Edited by Darkstorne on December 3, 2016 11:03AM1 -
