Player using Wabbajack in Wayrest

Today I found a player sitting on top of a wall that can clearly not be reached through legitimate methods wielding the Wabbajack. The player is in Wayrest on top of the wall south of the wayshrine and can pull other players up to him as well.

I'm faulting the entirety of the forum for not telling me of this bug when it was still a thing and deducting ten points from whichever Hogwarts houses the whole lot of you belong to.Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.

✭I have it from a good source (he has one) that you COULD get this with an assistant banker by putting it in your vault and then leaving the instance. He also told me that the bug was patched, and you can't get it that way anymore.The generally amicable yet sporadically salty magplar that may or may not have 1vXed you in Sotha Sil. Who knows?0 -

There are actually 2 legitimate ways to reach that wall. Just need careful jumping ability. And as other have said the wabbajack was gettable. And man do I want one really REALLY bad.
