I would guess craglorn. That is where the tier 10 writs are delivered.

On the NA server, in the Craftaholics guild.

If you are just looking at finding a general crafter, probably hang out for a bit at the crafted set sites and strike up a conversation with someone who shows up to craft.

Honestly, there are crafters everywhere. They want to craft, but they have to be properly baited out of zone chat, text chat, guild chat or whatever they are currently doing.

As a 9t crafter with all styles, I can help anyone with anything. When I'm idle, I'll just sit in a major area looking at comms. I can tell typically between a good costumer and a headache customer.

    Headache customer 1: lf crafter.

What does that even mean? Can I have 50 on everything, no traits, no styles and that's OK? Always be specific.

Headache customer 2: lf 9 trait crafter.

What does that mean? The only way I can help them make their one 9t helm is if I have everything 9 traits? This customer undervalues the research process by not being specific.

Headache customer 3: lf crafter, have mats.

Although this is a bit better than 1 and 2, I still won't do it. I've been in too many situations where the person wants me to make it for free because they have mats. My time isn't free unless I'm helping friends.

Headache customer 4: lf crafter. Have mats. Will tip.

We're almost there. The problem? The individual didn't specify the tip and I don't feel like having convos about how much I think my time is worth. I skip those.

If the customer doesn't have mats. All of them. I won't bother. They should do the legwork and get the mats themselves before even looking for a crafter.

So, how to find a crafter? Be specific. Have mats. Offer them a clear and enticing pay.

Example: lf 9 trait tbs heavy crafter (all but helm and shoulders) in Trinimac. Have all materials. Will pay 3k per piece.

Boom. That's how you reel me in. =)

Guilds that you are in are your best source

Zone Chat, having the Refined Materials needed, the Tempers for the level of improvement you want for each piece, Style Mats if you want something other than the first 13 Motifs, and Traits gems and an offer of gold for the work being done is another way.

Obviously crafting has some value to you, and understand it can take 30 to 40 minutes total to craft something, so that is time being spent on you and not other profitable or character advancing activities, so pay for that time.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Look in the mirror. Level up your crafting. There's a certain joy in creating the just-right outfit.

Barring that, I'd say hit up your guilds and friendslist.

/zone in Craglorn, Stormhaven, Reaper's March, or Deshaan as a last resort.
