Cant buy Crowns on my PC in game

I tried to buy some Crowns today on my PC with no joy. This has not been a problem in the past. When I enter the Crow Store in game I select Buy Crowns. I then get the Open URL Window and select Open (E), and that's it, nothing with no option to buy Crowns. I use the Steam version which has had a recent upgrade to log me straight into the game. Could this be the cause of some sort of a bug, I don't know.

✭✭✭✭✭Buying crowns happens outside of the game, through Zeni's web portal.
