That's odd and I'm sorry to hear that. Crowns on PC are generally the only thing that literally shows up instantaneously.
Maybe they were too nice and they decided to pull them and lock them in scam crates?0 -

Shame on you, ZOS, for putting so many nice things behind the gamble wall, that I would have paid you good money for directly. You'd have sold several of the mounts to me, but I will not gamble for them. Please consider putting some of the non-atro mounts, pets and outfits for direct purchase, if not now, then in future.
