Or not.

Lure them in yes with the promise of the much sought after shiny thing - then the drop rate it will fall by a considerable amount so more crates they can be sold to those who have already caught the crate fever.

This is the psychology of how these things work. How gambling works.
It is a game of manipulation of human desires with the intended outcome being as much profit as is possible.

If all those things you posted today are how you feel about this game and the company that runs it, then I have no idea why you will be sticking around.

Everybody will be saying this... just to conceal the actual number of crates they have bought.
In order not to be considered as a spendthrift.

Because this one she likes the people she has met and this one likes the ale at The Rosy Lion
It is because Khajiit enjoys the life in Tamriel so much yes that she wishes not to see it corrupted and spoilt.
She speaks because she cares. For a khajiit she knows much about human nature and does not wish to see it manipulated in the way the crates are intended to do.

You know, if I would think there's an evil company full of greedy managers scamming some of my friends right now, and totally expect things to get worse, and them manipulating things and get even more greedy, and be really vocal about it, because that's what I think, then I would leave. And not look for a nice place for my house or where the sands are warmest.

Just a tab/link in the builder with the updated and all previous patch notes.

It would have been great if the chance of the drop was higher.
The chance of this item to drop is too low, nearly nonexistent.
Please consider tweaking it a bit.

Khajiit has no problem with the creative developers or the artists. The issues for this one lies not in the whole company but in certain aspects of it yes - most specifically marketing and/or accounting - and this one she has rarely found those departments to be to her liking wherever she has travelled - precisely because of their interference and corruption of the work of creators, coders, programmers and artists - the people who really do want to do a good job and create something wonderful.
Anyway this one needs a drink - is The Rosy Lion open yet?
