Knight errant, black rose, or other for stam DK pvp

So I tried the hulking draugr 50k stam build and wanna know if it's better for 1vX or if the knight errant and viper out preforms it BC of the heal and burst from viper

    I was unimpressed with Knight-Errant when using it. That said, I have more of a PvP tank build than a PvP stam build. YMMV

    The meta now is black rose and proc sets for stam with sword and board
    It used to be medium and blood spawn and 2h and bow
    I don't think you know what a meta is
