All you gotta do is install it and you're ready to go. The cooldown for each skill is shown over your skills in your skill bar. If you swap bar, the cooldown for the invisible bar will be shown above the skill bar.

Think there is a bug with Templar Rune where is doesn't refresh the count down based upon moving in and out of the circle, also think the timer may be too long!0 -
