ESO Plus has a specific bonus to increase inspiration. As far as I know, scrolls should only increase Xp. And unless ambrosia pots also boost inspiration, we'd have another crown vs crafted balance issue.Main: Drio Azul ~ DC, Redguard, Healer/Magicka Templar ~ NA-PC
