VMA CP distribution

Are there any VMA experts than can recommend CP distribution in the red tree for each individual level? For example, 100 CP in hardy for level 2 because of so much physical damage from spinning blades.

I am about to tackle VMA on my magsorc and want to make it as painfree as possible and I know having an extra 5-10% dmg mitigation in the right areas would certainly help. I recently switched 50 points from hardy to spell shield for VMOL and notice a huge difference.

So if anyone knows VMA VERY well and can recommend how to distribute CP based off major type of damage in each level please let us know.

Thanks!

I wouldn't waste the gold to respec CPs every round, the sigils will help more than CP distribution tweaks.

But sigils plus correct cp distribution will make it that much smoother and the 40k gold I may spend is well worth the extra headaches I may avoid.

3 Flawless Sorcs I would say I know what I'm doing.

You need 100 into bastion end of story, I would consider your post as you're new to VMA so I wouldn't suggest any tricky setups yet.

Split the remaining 30/30/30 or so into thick/hardy/elemental defender.

DAMAGE OVER TIME (is legit only for round 9 d-droths) the mitigation from the flame from over time as well as the combination of elemental defender from fire with 1 shield or even no shield works fine.

The rest are just environmental hazzards, round 5,7 ice/poison.

This is more than fine for the red tree.

Awesome. I never even considered bastion but that makes tons of sense! Im assuming that increases the effectiveness of hardened ward?

If you have nothing on harden your shield is like 14-15k with harden depending on max magicka obviously you can get closer to 19.

And Trust me 1 stupid mistake you wish you did have 100 into bastion.
