CP Questions About Some Abilities

Been playing around with a Lightning Staff Sorc. Few questions if anyone can answer....

(1) Does CP Skill Staff Expert effect the Overload Ultimate where you use Heavy and Light attacks to throw lightening bolts? (2) Or does CP Skill Elemental Expert effect this?
(3) Does CP Skill Elemental Expert effect Destruction Staff heavy attacks as well? (4) Does CP Skill Spell Erosion effect D Staff heavy attacks?

    1. I don't think so, the tooltip says it buffs the attack damage of staves.
    2. yes.
    3. yes.
    4. yes.

    Lightning staff attacks are also buffed by thamaturge and elfborn. Thamaturge only buffs the first 3 ticks of a heavy attack and only the heavy attack of overload.
