So the question is: if I buy circlets, tattoos or hair styles, will I need some tokens to apply them on my existing character?

nexxus_ESO✭✭✭No tokens required. They show up in your "Collections > Appearance" tab and you can change as often as you like. You're basically purchasing an unlock for all of them that can be used forever, on any character you create.0 -
