I know there's other races are War Born but guys we can argue about this all day. This is about Numbers.
Well you know those filthy men, having babies like no tomorrow. You can't throw a stone without hitting 20 of them. They're like rats.
Mer have no such issue.

Redguards are also War Born, as they are those rugged warriors are raised on top of the burning sand of Hammerfell and they have unmatched mastery of the sword.
High Elves are a bit more complicated; the High Elves of Auridon are more attuned to war as Auridon serves as a barrier between the main Summerset Isle and the Tamriel mainland, while the main Isle is more like High Rock in a sense.
I don't know where to start with this. "Dominance, Superior and Numbers"?
Imperials possess a sort-of dominance over Tamriel thanks in no small part to their diplomacy, just as an example Black Marsh could ditch the empire any time they like and hold their borders pretty much permanently.
Superiority doesn't even make sense on its own, superiority at what? They're okay at sword&shield, not the worst magickally, but notably good at trade and diplomacy. If it's superiority in any sense, well all races have some sort. (speaking of talents in terms of TES lore and not just ESO in-game passives/such)
Numbers? As far as I know there's no real census numbers by Bethesda telling us what kind of populations the different races have in Tamriel. Tenuously I would guess that Orcs have a lower population due to their lack of stable home country, and either the Breton or Bosmer might have the highest thanks to their landspace with livible property. Not including Cyrodiil's size as it seems to be heavily populated by all races due to its central location.
I'm thinking far too much into this aren't I?
The whole of Nirn is "war born". It's hard to throw a dart at the timeline and not land in a space where someone was getting up in someone else's grill, whether they be mortal or daedric.
