Stuff vanishing from my bank

1 yellow viper sword and 5 yellow marksman gear vanished from my bank. And they were locked so they should not have vanished . I eant them back please . Im tired of asking

Yes, I've done this a few times accidentally. The bank has its own junk tab, so if you mark something as junk it'll go there and not the one in your inventory, so be sure to check the bank's junk tab first and if they're not there file a support ticket because there have been plenty of instances of items disappearing. Did you use the summonable banker, by chance?1 -

No i only ever use the bank in deshan and the one in pvp. They were definatly not marked as junk. And i did not deconstruct it. Ive sent 2 support tickets about it but i get no response. Ive been trying to get my stuff back for weeks. I thought if i put it on here something will be done. Its really getting me down1 -

Did you use "Ask for help" or did you submit a bug report? Because they don't respond to bug reports. You also have to reply to the automated you first get too saying you still need help.Edited by bottleofsyrup on November 30, 2016 2:16PM0 -

Did you stick it on an alt?
Did you check the bank junk tab?
Did you check to make sure you remembered the last date you had it and if you did any crafting during that period?
Just FYI, there's a 97% chance you'll have to accept that they're gone without explanation so I'd make peace with that reality now before you go any further.The Legendary Nothing0 -

Did you check the bank junk tab?
Did you check to make sure you remembered the last date you had it and if you did any crafting during that period?
Just FYI, there's a 97% chance you'll have to accept that they're gone without explanation so I'd make peace with that reality now before you go any further.
Im 100% sure they were in my bank anf i did not get rid of them. I cant just leave it go bro. Im not very rich in the game and you can imagine what theyr worth1 -

✭✭✭✭✭I've had that happen once: when I crafted myself a set of 4 pcs Light Seducers and 2 Staves in Grim Harlequin. I put them in the bank so my crafter could upgrade them. When I logged and accessed my bank, I could only find the Staves. The 4pcs Light Armor were nowhere to be found

✭✭I have 12 characters, after Shadow of Hist update i thought losing some stuff but when i checked my all characters, it was in one of them inventory.
