This may get alot of attention since cyrodill is full of people using sword and board viper cancer builds but from what I been hearing they will supposely be increasing the seconds that it procs and or maybe reducing the posion sting that it does all suppose to happen next month not sure if it's true what is everyone's thought on viper .?

✭✭✭✭Proc sets exist just for one purpose. We need to die fast or lag will be even greater. Idk if problem with lag is bad game engine, bad servers, bad design or combination of these, but Zos obviously can't deal with it. I still think that lag is major issue and rest is just dust in our eyes.2 -
isthatujonwayne✭✭✭Used viper since it came out. Always used it with 5 hundings and kena. Noone used to moan about till 1tam and all the new monster helms. I use it on my stam sorc and it knocked 5mins off my maelstrom runs so it needs to stay!1

✭✭✭✭✭Nah... Lag is lag, proc sets are proc sets. There should be NO instant proc burst sets. If its burst, need a delay like Nerineth, if it proc instantly its DoT + global cooldown, so no proc stack will ocure. Thats all. Let them hit hard, but give us some ways to defend against them, I think thats all we want, be able to do something, not only to watch how you are hit by multiple procs while someones is spaming surprise attack/ransack on you (literaly just one button spam, this kind of "badasses" die very fast but its anoying af when they gather in groups and you die because fy thats why)."We are currently investigating connection issues some players are having on the European megaservers. Not happening it's already confirmed the eso is working on possible solutions to the set. Probably adding a global cool down and turning it into a dot. If only they could implement the change to battle spirit so it doesn't affect the pve players, that would be great.0 -
