Steam&ESO issues: Please have a look at those two minor issues.

I've been recently playing ESO by Steam and i pretty much like it.
However there is two things that disturbs me a little.
1st: Launcher active all the time
The Launcher is still on after having the game started.
Can we please have a "Close on clicking 'Play' function" so i don't have to manually abort that process in the time after?
2nd: Steam ESO+ only active when playing with Steam
Can we (after having purchased ESO+ with Steam) have the possibility to continue playing non-steam too with ESO+?
On my laptop i don't own steam and would still love to play ESO with all benefits while travelling by train.
(And no, i cannot use Steam on Laptop. It always bugs/crashes)

✭You can alt tab and close the launcher.. little X on top right.
I run the game through steam and also use a laptop, no issue as long as I run steam as an administrator.0
