Hey guys,

Let me start by saying no. I'm not looking to sell runs. Nor would I be interested in breaking any rules.

However I was generally curious if this does breach TOS.

Picking the TOS apart it's more about blatantly saying "Here is my user and password" which obviously it's a big no no, considering it's more about stealing a copy at this point, let alone using share-play feature which is promoted by Play Station.
If it was truly against the rules wouldn't ZOS find a way to ensure this wasn't possible?

    They've answered before that yes it's OK and not a violation of terms. If the search gods are with you you might be able to find their actual quote since you probably shouldn't take some random guys word for it.

    Well thats basically telling everyone on console you can sell VMA runs now.

    Share Play use is allowed as linked above.

    The game/ZOS allows Share Play, and Share Play itself is marketed by Sony exactly as passing the controller to another player to beat content that you can not beat yourself. It is the very essence of the feature.

    As far as people selling/charging real money for share play completions, I suggest looking that up with Sony as it may be a violation of their rules.

    No it's not at all.

    Using a console feature amongst others on that network is one thing but using the feature for profit from another players is different.
