Is it possible to find aetherial dust in Craglorn?

The patch notes said the stuff wouldn't drop in DLC zones, and Crag isn't a DLC zone, but I haven't been able to verify whether the aetherial dust indeed drops in Crag. Does anyone know?

    Both the Aetheric Cipher and Aetherial Dust are unbound, meaning that they can be traded and sold from one player to another. These items will only appear in the following areas:
    Alik'r Desert
    Auridon
    Bal Foyen
    Bangkorai
    Betnikh
    Bleakrock
    Coldharbour
    Cyrodiil
    Deshaan
    Eastmarch
    Glenumbra
    Grahtwood
    Greenshade
    Khenarthi's Roost
    Malabal Tor
    Reaper's March
    The Rift
    Rivenspire
    Shadowfen
    Stonefalls
    Stormhaven
    Stros M'Kai

    No. It doesn't drop in crag. I'm sure the reason for that is crag already has special drops only found there. If they added these new things to that zone, why would anyone look anywhere else?
