If I use two wep spell dmg wep enchants do they stack and have own cooldown or does only one trigger ?

✭✭Afaik, they do not stack, only one fires off, which is why most use poison or w/e for second weapon enchant.
A long time back, I stupidly turned 2 golden weapon dmg glyps on 2 weapons and noticed they did not stackOnce I was a lamb, playing in a green field. Then the wolves came. Now I am an eagle and I fly in a different universe.
