This is a highly underrated Set. In Combination with Histbark, you block so much attacks.

hist bark is a waste when you can just use shuffle and i farmed this set, it only works on one person at a time.

My guess would be a glitch related to the proc of this set though. I should be only working on one person but there may be some other skill or action being used in relation to it in order to perform the glitch.

Alternatively and more reasonably, it was an Ult regen build tank using spell wall and keeping almost a virtual 100% uptime.

Report it like others have said, sony will most likely react faster than zos, always a shame the lengths people will take to cheating and exploiters instead of just playing the game, guess these cheaters are making up for other short coming in real life or something.

I can dodge more than that with Shuffle + Meridas Blessing. You sure he wasn't wearing that set?

OP talked about 1v1. dodging 26 hits in a row. which can easy be done with meridia + shuffle.
Meridia isnt even new, and the cooldown is only 5 s

You can't hit a target 26 times within just 5 seconds, unless you're cheating.

Yes and no, you can't light attack or weave 26 individual attacks within 5 seconds.

However at this point it becomes really technical as to what OP was referring to as 26 hits. 26 times "dodged" popped up cause that's very doable. Force Pulse + Light Attack is 4 counts for each second provided optimal weave, enchant is another, thats 21, that doesn't include any dot ticks that are currently on the target, each dot tick can also be dodged.

But lets look at which attacks are claimed to have been dodged. The OP states what essentially amounts to 6 medium weaves with Surprise attack and Bash, including two proc's of Viper. Each weave would fall in a roughly 1 second time frame, unless each heavy was a fully charged heavy which is highly doubtful in a dualing scenario.

It is entirely possible to fit 4 if not 5 of those weaves into meridia's proc window. It is also entirely possible that Shuffle procc'd as well. And even more possible that latency played a role into what was seen and what was registered by the server.

It is also possible that it was a cheater but that does not preclude that is is a cheater as there are setups that would give similar results.
