What Does this Icon Mean?

I see an icon on the bottom of my screen just to the right of my quick select consumables square bar. The Icon is red and it appears to be a sword crossed with a bow. I've never notice this icon before, does anyone know what it means?

It means your weapon enchantment ran out.

It means you need to charge your Weapon with a soul gem. If you see the helmet it means you need to repair gear.

You need to recharge your weapon(s).

It means you need to charge your weapon AND you don't have a poison slotted. Charging your weapon or equipping a poison will make it go away

Thank youu for the anwsers, I've never ran out of my enchantment charges on my weapons before. Now I know, however I never use poisions. Mainly because I don't know what ingredients makes the best. Thoug I could make them, I just don't really know what to mix, nor have I really taken the time to look them up online. So I don't think that would make the Icon come up as well.
