Why cant I download my game!

I cant download eso on my new pspro.
I head to libeary and hit the eso icon. It says "try free trial" Then it spasms and go out out to main menu and nothing happens.

After login open dropdown by clicking nickname, there's should be 'download list' , open it, search for ESO, then click 'download to my ps4' or whatever written there

Thumbdunked✭✭✭Im having the same issue. Restoring licenses didn't work and niether did the psn website, it just asks for me to pay for it again. Has any one had any luck?0
