Pop Caps in IC

I usually run IC with 1 or 2 people. Lately we've been running into 12+ groups running flags. There needs to be some kind of cap on this. There's no need to be running that deep in IC. Battlegrounds? Or IC or Cyrodill instances that have a capped number of players. Zergs are killing PvP, well been killing PvP for some time now.

✭✭✭✭✭It's a real shame. IC has the potential to be a great place for small group PVP, and I was hoping when they lowered the tel var heisting from 80% to 50% we'd see a decrease of zergs. Nope, I was wrong.0 -
