I dont understand this guy Eye of Storm is 10x more op than this sets that poke you for 2-4k dmg but he is goin rambo vs zergs and getting 100x proc on him ofc he want it nerfed...

Personally, I couldn't care less. But I'm afraid that wouldn't solve the issue of people getting outplayed by the next meta build and calling a nerf for that instead.
If that has to be done, so be it. But let's hope zeni manages to keep the current balances between classes somewhat consistent.

Eye of the storm got a mention in the post, of course. The reason it wasn't my main focus was because I die to proc sets A LOT more. If I see a big ring of fire circling an enemies body I run for the hills, so I really haven't died from it very often. Proc sets on the other hand, give you very little warning, or none at all.
Bruh, bruh, you can't go and redefine the term 'pvp balance' to suddenly only mean "in terms of class/specs/stam&mag". Its simple actualy, just make procs doesnt work against other players and its done, everyone should get raw stats gear (Like Julianos, Spriggan, Spinner, Hunding Rage, Mother's Sorrow, etc), to play pvp and do their own direct dmg, not relying on RNG... Pretty simple...

Massive PvP Overhaul Suggestions:
1) Make every keep a unique battle with different keep layouts.
Why not
2) Add strategy mechanisms not just reward zergery
ex) Defenders can dig trenches with spike traps to slow attackers. Make keep battles more complex so they will take longer, add more flags that need to be taken incrementally, perhaps battles could last days instead of hours or minutes.
Problem 1 - Population [aka massive Xv1 issue]
Problem 2 - Zerg wiping small scale [aka Massive Xv1 issue...although it is faction vs faction not 1v1]
Problem 3 - No option to really make a differnce in the war as such other than perfectly timed ultimates [aka No 1vX opportunity]
Notice how its all about Xv1 or 1vX ?
So apply a buff multiplyer on all low pop factions and apply an AP multiplier on all high pop factions instead.
Now the low pop side gets 1vX capability like dynamic ult gen (ie exactly where/when its needed).
Now the Xv1 zergs that outnumber the competition by sheer numbers lose the buff multiplier.
That is why the campaign buffs are so screwed.
Why buff the team that doesnt need the buffs and penalise the side that actually does need the buffs ?
30 v10 where the 30 has buffs is bad.
30 v 10 where the 10 has buffs is good.
But of course if we had weaknesses + strengths...instead of just buffs.....then the problem goes away anyway.
And yes forcing or requiring multiple war fronts would be good...but you still get the massive population imbalance issues..and exactly where those factions players are at any time. You cant force x payers here and y players there unless you have generals organising everyone...rather than the currrent free for all.
3) In the open field make mechanics to reward "formations" such as defensive bonuses if players stay in an area samdwiche'd by tanks. Or if 10 tanks line up they improve their survivability and become immune to long range attacks so that it forces people rush in and try to "break the line." Similarly if 10 archers line up together they get bonuses to their damage and range.
Formations = Epic.
Archers = Bow
Infantry = Tanks
Scouts = Stealth
Surgical/Tactical = DPS
It woudl be good to apply them all at the right time in the right place.
But again...that requires organisation and a general
4) Put collision detection on!
I would love to have shield walls and such as a viable option.
ie. Player positioning has strategic value.
But with faction switching and trolling it creates a lot of problems.
Plus you have all the extra physics calculations that we currently avoid.
5) Add "Campaign Goals" I.e. everyone fighting g fir a certain faction will get extra AP if they achieve goals like "conquer these towns", "get these elder scrolls" Goals will not be related to daily quests, but will be long term campaign goals and will be unique and different fir each faction
Reward for faxtion loyalty ? Nice idea
6) Increase PvP interaction with a menu that lists the active PvP guilds, lists groups that are currently running around Cyrodil so PUGS don't have to spam LFG in zone chat, auto group tool? Idk
Goes back to organisation and faction generals.
If 1 people took scouting missions only rather than freelancing
If 4 man took resource missions only rather than freelancing (attack/defend)
If 12 man took keep missions only rather than freelancing (attack/defend)
if 24 man took open warfare missions only (bridge/choke points ?) rather than freelancing (attack/defend)
This would go someway towards organised alliance warfare instead of a free for all.
We have multiple freelance guild v freelance guild at the moment.....not faction vs faction..and thats a problem
7) Nerf proc sets, take them away from PvP or something!!!
Between co-ordinated blobs with eye of flame and the crap I posted above, PVP is utter garbage. All we've heard from you is "we have an idea what we're planning to do with proc sets", and that's it. How is it OK to leave this in the game as they are?
Infernal Guardian is pulling people out of stealth and going through walls, which it has done since the beginning, yet no word on that. The destro ulti melts your face off, even if you're only standing in it for a short period of time.
So much is wrong with PVP right now - just look at all the threads. Your silence is testament to how little you give a ***. This is, without a doubt, the worst company I've ever seen run an MMO, and believe me, there have been some bad ones. So yeah, congratulations.
Can you please ban my game account so I'm not tempted to return to this steaming turd you call PVP? What a piece of ***.
