Lower level craftable sets

Hi, with the unrestricted zones of OT and the freedom to go anywhere, along with my progress in researching traits, I've just started messing with craftable sets. I'm curious if there are any specific sets that would be good overall generic sets to use for a character that is still leveling, rather than for any specific role such as DTS/tank/healer, or even play style, or PvP. I'm only leveling my chars between 30 and 40, so at this point, it's not very useful to try to farm dropped sets, because I'd be outleveling them quicker than I could gather a set. Instead, I believe a more efficient use of time, is to be able to craft a complete set all at one time and get back to leveling, rather than spending time trying to farm the correct set with the correct trait (training). I can at least do 5 trait sets & may be able to do 6, but the higher trait sets above those I'm just not ready for yet. So, should I look at the higher trait sets up to 6 as being better than the lower trait sets, or should I look at the last perk and choose that way, or is there another criteria to select sets to craft?

i build Kagrenacs for magicka chars at lvl 20,30 & 40. This gear i saved, when i level another char.
For Stam chars i would use another set, but just for same levels :)

I would say that Nightmother's Gaze (6 traits) is a good overall set for Stamina builds and Law of Julianos (6 traits) for Magicka builds while levelling up. But there's others that are good, too :)

thanks for the responses...i'll check them out...as far as keeping the gear sets, I end up usually using them for researching or deconstructing when I'm done with the gear, because I can always create more gear later on when the next char is ready...
