Couple of gear setup questions for a Stam NB

So I'm looking at two different setups right now based on my current gear. This would change if I could get Veli headpiece, but as a C270, I'm having not luck getting a group that can complete vCoS, so that really isn't much of an option for me atm. That means I'm looking at these two setups based on the gear I currently have. Which one is more effective for vet dungeons, and which is more effective in pvp? I am bow/DW.

First setup:
5xTBS
Kra'ghs Mask
Veli pauldrons
3xAgility accessories
2xNight Mothers Gaze Daggers
1xNight Mother's Bow

Second setup:
4xHundings Rage
Kra'ghs Mask
Arm Cops of the Viper
Bracers of the Viper
Necklace of the Viper
2xAgility Rings
Viper Sword/Viper Mace
Bow of Hunding's Rage

Basically I'm getting the 5 piece Viper bonus while in Melee, and 4 piece Hunding's Bonus, and then 5xHunding's bonus while at range, and 4xVIper's. If I can get a Viper Helm I'd be getting Viper bonus with bow as well with poison's equipped over my enchant.

Any thoughts?

I recommend 5x tbs, 5 viper and 2 kra'ghs. There are more optimal setups, but I'm assuming you don't have VO or maelstrom weapons yet?

Edit: in place of tbs, you could also do NMG or hundings instead. All three will work just perfectly in any vet dungeon.

My personal idea for my nb is , toothrow set & levithian for a maximum critical

if you going for max crit as a nb leviathan and toothrow are not the best choices. tbs + archer's mind will way outperform that.

or any other 5p sets with at least 4 crit passives.

For crit focus build use 5NM+5Briarheart, and shadow mundus.
