Group "Disbands" in PUG group finder

Ok so I've had it happen a few times not loads tho on Xbox one.
Many people on here seem to think it's the group leader who does this? Multiple times I've tried disbanding to test it out and it does not let you. I know before it did back when there was not vote to kick system.
This is on Xbox one Eu.
So why do people keep saying other ppl disband the group? Clearly it's a bug which just says that, it doesn't mean the guys actually disbanded the group.
Unless I'm missing something and it can still be somehow disbanded by the leader?

itsfatbass✭✭✭✭✭It is a bug. Far as I understand, the dungeon finder accidentally adds a 5th person to the group and when that occurs the system boots that 5th person out of group, or it disbands the group entirely.~PC/NA~ Magblade, Tankanist, Healplar, Stamcro, Oakensorc, Healden, Tanknight ~PLUR~0 -

Indeed it does. They fixed it a while back on PC but sounds like the issue is still persisting on Xbox at a minimum.~PC/NA~ Magblade, Tankanist, Healplar, Stamcro, Oakensorc, Healden, Tanknight ~PLUR~0 -
