I had a mission in Bloodthorn Lair and finish it and I had to get out, but instead I started to search around for loot, when I was killed and the mission is done "Get out of Bloodthorn Lair" and I can't get in back.
How can I get in back in this kind of dungeons ?

✭✭✭I'm afraid the quickest fix is likely to abandon the quest, reacquire it from whatever NPC gave it to you in the first place, and start over.1 -

✭✭✭Alternately, you could probably wait around outside for someone about to go in, Group with them, then right-click their name and "travel to" them once they're inside the Lair.1
