You're welcome to farm Dungeons with me on EU.
I like having new CP players in groups.
I often have the impression "no max"-players are bringing in more initiative and even if their knowledge about mechanics of boss ABC is missing, they are listening and after one wipe we get it through.
I have done 7 dungeons today (Crypts II, CoA II, Banished Cells I, VoM and more with a group consisting of me (561+ Healer) and three players with Cp ranging from 143 to 321. They were an awesome group and it worked out well!
So please CP-Max guys out there!
Give the low-CP players a chance and dont just simple vote-kick them out because of low-CP!
There are tons of good players you're excluding!

At first an extra pair of weapons is always welcome, though I have been in a group where one player constantly dying during a Boss fight resulted in constant wipes. But still I'm not gonna generalize just because of one person. Hell I'm CP capped and I hope other players would give me a chance.

✭✭✭Agreed. Don't shun them, give them a chance. I don't PUG often, but when I do, I've had mixed experiences. Low CPs who really know their class and perform well, high CPs who couldn't dps their way out of a paper bag, and everything in between. Don't judge them until at least running a dungeon with them.
