If someone feels they need graphic mods to play ESO then I'd like to see their system specs and game settings.

Thanks for your great reply.
I mainly want to remove the fog since i think it ruins many zones and views. I tried ESO Launcher and most places look great but it has its disadvantages since you'll see some areas you probably weren't meant to see, that looks kinda weird.
I would love to increase the render distance for foilage (grass) too, is this possible somehow?
I'm only intending to run these mods in PvE. In PvP i might still want to remove the fog but everything else will be lowered to keep the game as smooth as possible.
My hardware specs, since someone asked above, are (with no overclocks as of now)
Intel i7 6700
32 GB ddr4 RAM
GeForce GTX 1060, 8 GB
I also use a custom shader with eso launcher. I wish I still had the email, but I was specifically told 3rd party graphic mods that don't use injection/hooks, with the exception of soriens stuff, are fine to use.
No? A google search for "desert fog" proves you wrong
There's also heat haze in the middle of the hot day, and sand haze when the wind starts whipping up. I'd say fog makes perfect sense in the desert!

It can be a little bit confusing at first if you haven't done it before. Choosing the correct dx level and editing the .ini files to get the effect you like can take some trial and error.
You can use Reshade + Mediator program to help give a useful UI which makes it a bit easier to use (Reshade is an updated version of sweetfx that also incorporates other shaders from other authors that you can try out.
My suggestion if you use sweetfx is to keep track of the files you place in your client folder (there are 4-5) so if you have problems you can simply remove them and have no regrets.
