Quest issue with a disguise costume

Hello,
I played as an Imperial in Daggerfall Convenant and when I reached level 8 I decided to start over and deleted my character and created another one.
The issue is that the disguise costumes, I put them in bank 3 islands away from the starting quests. And now I have a quest from Crafty Lerisa to take the disguise costume from a basket else I can't get the next objective for the current quest. But I can't take the disguise because i get the message that is unique and I already have one.
How can I solve this ?

✭There will be a bank close to you in the town, you can take the costume out of the bank and equip that one.
you have 1 bank, your bank, you access your bank whichever bank you are at, you do not need to return to a specific bank0 -

✭Skip the quest and come back to it after you have retrieved the costume from a bank. It might go against the grain to skip a quest but as quests scale with you it's no big deal. Afaik the staryer island quests don't need to be completed to progress to the next zone.PC | EU0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Are you sure you don't already have the same disguise in your inventory? You can only keep one of each disguise in your bank or on a character, but that means you can technically have 13 of them (12 characters, 1 bank).

Who had will fought that the guy is a "walking" bank. I was looking for a building, or bank sign or something. Even the sign in front of the guy's name when mouse over on map is not the bank sign.
