ESO plus (ongoing thread) was unlinked from all ESO sku'S in the Xbox one store.

I tried the join ESO plus as it now stays in the Xbox one store and did not use the link from the in-game crown store.

What I noticed is a few weeks when it was added to the Xbox one store it was under the game just as crowns appear but it's now been removed.
At request from a few other forum users I re-subbed and so no crowns


A little more irritating is that service responded that I was given crowns on 9/16 so I needed to wait. Sadly the 9/16 crowns are from a prior sub that didn't give me crowns and it took a couple days until I was credited. @ZOS_DaryaK thank you for all you do but it seems someone who handles this for you guys has reverted the sku back and it's unlinked. So much for progress

In any event I'm hoping the crowns will be credited prior to 10/16 as that's not a renewal and I always cancel my subs prior to renewal due to these issues.

I'm just frustrated as Xbox doesn't have subs like PC and PS4 and our crowns don't apply. Maybe it's time to just remove the sub all together and apply ESO plus benefits with crown purchases above the 750 sku. Respectively those would give 30-90 das of benefits with the crowns and that should reduce monthly service tickets.

    So after this ticket was finally resolved ...sigh... I cancelled my sub and let it stay cancelled

    On 11/20 -11/21 I decided to try one more time going into the holidays

    I confirmed it was cancelled.
    Went from the in-game crown store which takes me to the Xbox one store ESO plus sky.
    I selected it and paid using PayPal (I have a credit on PayPal vs it coming from my bank account)

    I'm going out on a limb here but I got my crowns without opening a ticket.
    Not sure if the credit affected it or if the sky changes helped this month but as I always create a thread to complain, to be fair, I'm creating a comment to say that this time it worked....benefits and crowns

    I am kind of shocked it started working for you, I use just a simple Visa and it renewed, but of course I need to have contacted support, I did and it was resolved the next morning, with the sales on going I was really tempting to buy the PS4 Gold Edition, but decided not to as I can't really justify having to start over just to continue playing the game with limited to no issues. Not that the PS4 version doesn't have issues, but at least ESO PLUS is at least functioning for them for the most part. I certainly hope they do fix it or at the very least let me buy it through the ESO website online like computer does, but instead buy a subscription that would send Xbox Live codes to my email and let me activate them as I think it would work better. I would like to ask if it continues to work for you or if it no longer does if you could either way update this thread, so that way myself and other users that have ESO PLUS issues are indeed aware, I would really appreciate it. :smile:

    No I just mean if you happen to decide to let it go through when it renews or if you cancel it and decide to restart it later. I am typically monitoring the ESO forums at least once a day, so unless the forums get flooded with dozens of posts and threads at once which I doubt I will probably see your post/thread. I can't really cancel and restart it a bunch of times to test, because of the fraud protection I have seems to have a cow all the time when I do things like that, and it's a general pain in the arse to go through the process of doing the ESO PLUS thing all the time. ESO Support has actually been really good to me so far concerning the issue, unlike other support system that I have contacted concerning account issues.
