What effects reduce healing by 50% ?
I've seen Poisoned does it, but others seem to do it too. Is there a complete list of these and how to mitigate them ?

AzuraKin✭✭✭✭✭you can buff heal debuffs up to an additional 33%. this will put major befoul at 39.9% (basically 40%). fasalla's 50% to 66.5% for just the 2 effects a total of 80% heal debuffing.v160 spellsword (nightblade)

Are you guys absolutely sure that only Poisoned and Fasalla's Guille have this effect ? Because I'm not sure. Been in PVP last night, I don't remember being poisoned, but I've seen the heal at 50% in the log. Minor Defile from Disease enchants or Disease damage would be 15%, so your looking at 19.95% with max befoul correct?PS4 NA DC0 -

Defile reduces healing, poisons just sticks a dot on you.
Fasallas is 50%
Meatbags are 50%
and yes they stack
