My first few hours back in the game began as per usual a tad on the frustrating side , trying to remember how things work , setting up my character , running out of bag space , bank bags full etc , getting to grips with using the xbox controller with the game on PC

But after a couple of hours and few aaaaaaaaaaaah YES moments , my character seems to be dishing out the punishment to the bad guys , I have had some wonderful time in the dungeons , amazing lighting effects , total Adrenalin moments .

I am officially hooked again , Elder scrolls remastered gave me back the bug .

I feel so lucky to of jumped on board at the right time money wise , as the crown sale was on and the discount on the Starters adventure pack gave me my first mount.

I just need to figure out a few more things , scrap a load of old junk and tidy up my characters stuff and I will be levelling up plenty in no time at all !!!!

Happy to hear you are having a great time!! ESO is a fantastic game, so glad you found the joy! If subscribing is something you would consider, it does come with a crafting bag which is a bag that holds all crafting materials and is unlimited plus is shared across all characters. Definitely still very playable without out, just makes it harder to be a hoarder ;)

Be sure to train your riding skill! It can get you more bag space, or speed up your mount depending on what you pick to train first! In the end you can max out all the stats though!

Cool, I shall do, what gives my mount experience? Or is no experience required but gold related?

Just gold. 250 a day (or 20 hours) gives one point in either speed, stamina or bag space. Each will level up to 60

Mountings are fun. The carry capacity will be very, very useful for all your PvE needs (I always train that one first), and you really will want that speed and stamina in cyrodil...
And while we are at it, another thing to start early is trait research for any character which might wanna go crafter...

But yeah, ESO has improved -quite- a bit since the beginnings.
    Welcome back!
    Enjoy!

Welcome back! Been playing solid for over a year now, and I am always having fun. Good time to come back imo because the One Tamriel update has injected new life into the game. As has been stated, make sure to train your horse at the stablemaster everyday, it does really help.

I would also suggest that if you can afford it, subscribe to ESO +. Took me a few months to actually pull the trigger on it, but the crafting bags make it well worth it.
